On Saturday, Nov. 2, the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association presented Edward Andrews Homes with three awards – two gold and one silver – at the 33rd OBIE Awards. These prestigious awards are given to recognize outstanding achievement in new home building, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement categories.
The first award was received in the Best Building Design – Detached Model – 3,500 to 4,500 Square Feet category for its Rutledge model at Mabry Manor in East Cobb. Over the weekend, Edward Andrews Homes teamed up with Ashton Woods to host a welcoming event for the entire community of new Marietta homes, Mabry Manor. We had over 100 new homeowners come out to meet one another, get to know their neighbors, and enjoy fun activities. With the beautiful weather, the all-outdoor event with fall festive décor made it a great setting for activities like a bounce house, face painting, corn hole, and talking and mingling at the community’s recently unveiled cabana house and amenity area.
